FAA DER–Supported Repair Capability
Av8’s in-house FAA DER capability allows for the evaluation, substantiation, and approval of repairs in accordance with applicable FAA and EASA regulations. This capability supports repairs that extend component service life, address known failure modes, and mitigate obsolescence challenges—without reliance on OEM replacement.
All specialty repairs are performed using approved or DER-authorized data, documented inspection criteria, and controlled repair processes to ensure conformity, traceability, and return-to-service integrity.
